How a repair visit works
Flat diagnostic fee. A technician comes out and finds the cause. Residential service is $105 + tax in Walla Walla and College Place, $135 + tax in Milton-Freewater, and $155 + tax in Touchet, Waitsburg and Dayton. It's waived for Platinum and Gold plan members. The fee is listed on your bill instead of hidden in parts and labor.
Upfront, flat-rate options. We explain what's wrong and give you choices, with the parts, the time and the final price before any work starts. If the job takes longer than expected, you don't pay more.
Warranty check. If your furnace might still be under warranty, tell us. We may be able to save you money.
Furnace replacement
If your furnace is near the end of its 12–20 year life, or a repair no longer makes sense, we'll talk you through replacement honestly, without a high-pressure pitch. As a Trane dealer, we install high-efficiency gas furnaces and register every unit for its manufacturer warranty. We also guarantee our workmanship for one year, on top of the factory warranty. Financing is available through Wells Fargo Home Projects (with approved credit).
