Our office operates Monday-Friday 7:30 am- 5 pm. However someone is always on stand-by if you need immediate assistance. Simply call our office 509-525-1339. We charge a flat diagnostic fee for coming out and assessing why your system isn’t heating or cooling properly. Then, we will offer you choices for how to fix the problem, including the parts that are needed, how long it will take, and what your final bill will be. We use easy-to-understand flat rate pricing which includes parts and labor. This pricing is based on national average book times and helps us give you a quicker estimate. You don’t pay extra if it takes longer than we expect. If the piece of equipment is under warranty or you’re not sure, let us know; we may be able to save you some money. We make sure all of the equipment we install is registered for the warranty, a value-add that makes us different from many others.

If your system needs refrigerant, we will estimate that separately after recharging your system with a small quantity and judging how it reacts. Every system’s needs for refrigerant can vary widely.
